Six Square Blocks of Sarnia

We arrived very early for the International Symphony Concert and I had some time before the start. It was a beautiful night, so, I took a little walk in the neighborhood around the Imperial Theater and these detail my stroll. Note: This photo essay was originally produced in April of 2004 and was published in the local arts and entertainment monthly Blue Root.

Nobody to sell tickets yet. I probably won't need one for the walk anyway.</font>

Not much to say about this except I really liked the streetlamp up against the blue sky.</font>

In the bridal shop window, this must be someone's ideal. She's looking for something, but I'm not sure what.</font>

I was trying to figure out if this was just left by someone and forgotten. Turns out it's some sort of advertisment for an antique shop through the alley.</font>

Saw this beauty outside one of the watering holes along Christina Street. As I came up with the camera, I heard a shout from the bar "How many beers will you buy me to allow you to take a picture?" Turns out this was the first ride of the year for this hog. And, it ended up not costing me anything ;-)</font>
